✅ Webmail Access

You can check your email using any web browser:

Login with:
Your full email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com) and your email password.

📱 Mobile or Desktop Email App Setup

Use the following settings to configure your email on a phone, tablet, or computer (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, etc.):

➤ Incoming Mail (Choose One)

IMAP (Recommended)

• Server: email.advocacyalerts.com
• Port: 993
• Encryption: SSL/TLS
• Username: Your full email address
• Password: Your email password

POP3

• Server: email.advocacyalerts.com
• Port: 995
• Encryption: SSL/TLS
• Username: Your full email address
• Password: Your email password

➤ Outgoing Mail (SMTP)

• Server: email.advocacyalerts.com
• Ports:
  • 465 (SSL/TLS)
  • 587 (STARTTLS)
• Encryption: SSL/TLS or STARTTLS
• Authentication: Required
• Username: Your full email address
• Password: Your email password

🛠 Notes

• Always use your full email address as your username.
• IMAP is recommended if you check email on multiple devices.
• Make sure SMTP authentication is enabled.
• Use SSL/TLS or STARTTLS encryption whenever prompted.
