Location Services on Safari Browser

To activate location services on iOS Safari, follow these steps:

Step 1: Enable Location Services in iOS Settings

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Scroll down and tap Privacy & Security.
  3. Tap Location Services.
  4. Ensure Location Services is turned ON (toggle switch should be green).
  5. Scroll down and select Safari Websites.
  6. Choose While Using the App or Ask Next Time or When I Share for better control.

Step 2: Allow Location Access for a Specific Website in Safari

  1. Open the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Visit the website that requires location access.
  3. If prompted, tap Allow when the website requests access to your location.
  4. If no prompt appears:
    • Tap the "AA" icon in the address bar.
    • Select Website Settings.
    • Under Location, select Ask, Allow, or Deny as needed.
    • Refresh the page for the changes to take effect.
